    We meet you at your home or jobsite, measure, and talk through what you need.

  2. Design

    You get a drawing of your layout and an estimate to review and approve.

  3. Build

    We source the materials, cut and process your job in our local shop.

    Our crew installs it treating your home like we would our own.

About Us

LOCAL · HANDS-ON · SINCE 2011

San Juan Closet Works started in 2011 with a simple idea: storage should be built for the way you actually live. Louie Valdez brought 50 years of custom cabinet experience to closets and it shows in every project he’s done. Now he’s passing on the business and his knowledge to his nephew, Anthony.

Anthony spent 30 years in IT and tech before moving back to the Durango area in 2018 and returning to his roots in construction. As the new owner, he’s bringing a technical background to the entire operation, from design software to our CNC, so every project is measured, designed and built with precision.

Daniel Valdez, our lead installer, has 20+ years of experience in custom cabinets and closets, and he’s the one you’ll see making sure everything fits just right in your home.
